Wasabi is one of few Japanese owned Japanese restaurants in Chicago that offers a full range of both traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine to bring an unique Japanese dining experience. Wasabi is everything you'd expect and nothing you'd imagine: Small plates (Izakaya-style) and an authentic Japanese ramen made from boiling pork bones for days.
